Agreement and scope

These terms govern access to oseventech.com, a website operated under the public name O7 TECH. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Client projects, deliverables, payment, warranties, data handling, and support are governed only by a separate written agreement signed for that engagement.

Website information and no professional advice

The site provides general information about software services and lets you contact us or schedule a meeting. Content is not legal, financial, regulatory, security, accessibility-certification, healthcare, or insurance advice, and it does not create a client, fiduciary, or professional relationship. Examples and industry workflows are illustrative; actual requirements depend on the engagement.

Simulated demonstrations

The interactive blueprint and any product-like interface shown on this site are simulations using invented information. They do not contact third parties, create a project, or constitute a proposal, quote, compliance assessment, or production system.

Acceptable use

• Do not disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its services.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or sensitive personal content.
• Do not impersonate another person, interfere with security controls, scrape personal information, or use the site to build unsolicited marketing lists.

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, Turnstile, Workers, and Email Routing. Calendly provides scheduling when opened. Google Analytics may provide optional analytics after consent. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, or security. We do not promise search rankings, traffic, business outcomes, accessibility certification, or compliance outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O7 TECH and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, website-related aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the state law that applies to O7 TECH’s website operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning only this website must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.

Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective.
