Privacy Policy

O7 TECH ("O7," "we," or "us") operates oseventech.com for people and businesses in the United States. This policy covers this website and our initial business inquiries. A separate written agreement governs client projects.

Information we collect

• Contact inquiries: name, company or organization, email address, website, message, submission time, and a delivery reference when you submit our form.
• Scheduling: information you choose to provide to Calendly when you open its scheduling service and book a meeting.
• Security and delivery data: Cloudflare may process IP address, browser and device signals, request headers, timestamps, and Turnstile results to host and secure the site, limit abuse, and deliver form email.
• Optional analytics: only after you affirmatively accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may receive page location, page title, referrer, device/browser attributes, approximate geography derived from IP, consent state, and random analytics identifiers. We do not send contact-form values, email addresses, company names, message contents, or a User-ID to Google Analytics.

How and why we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, provide requested information, protect the site and form from abuse, operate and troubleshoot the website, keep appropriate business records, comply with law, and—with consent—understand aggregate site usage. Our reasons include your request, our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website, consent for optional analytics, and legal obligations where applicable.

Who receives information

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, Turnstile, Workers, Email Routing, and related delivery infrastructure. Calendly provides scheduling when you choose to open it. Google provides optional GA4 analytics only after consent. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and similar technologies

We store your versioned analytics choice in your browser. Necessary Cloudflare or Calendly technologies may operate when you use their security or scheduling features. GA4 and its _ga cookies are not requested until you opt in. Global Privacy Control is honored as an analytics denial. Details and withdrawal controls are in our Cookie Policy.

Retention

The contact application does not maintain a readable form-submission database. Short-lived keyed hashes, counters, and delivery state used for rate limiting and retry safety expire within 24 hours. Delivered inquiries and scheduling records may remain in business email and calendar systems for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active client relationship, legal obligation, dispute, fraud prevention, or a request we must document. GA4 event data is configured for two-month retention. Provider security logs follow provider retention settings.

Sale, sharing, and marketing

We do not sell personal information, use it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, or share it with data brokers. We do not link Google Ads, enable advertising personalization, use Google Signals, or enroll contact-form submitters in a newsletter. The form does not collect a phone number and we do not use it to authorize automated calls or texts.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state and the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and information about collection and disclosure. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Email contact@oseventech.com or use the contact page with “Privacy request” in the message. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request. An authorized agent may make a request where state law allows; we may verify that authority. If we deny a request, you may reply and ask us to review the decision.

Security

We use measures intended to reduce risk, including encryption in transit, least-access practices, input validation, anti-abuse controls, restrictive browser policies, and limited application retention. No system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical records, government identifiers, or other sensitive records through the contact form.

Children and external links

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. External services and sites have their own notices and practices.
