Automations & integrations
The busywork, doing itself.
We connect the systems that refuse to talk to each other and automate the retyping, so your team does the work only humans can do.

What's at stake
Why businesses like yours feel this.
The same data, typed three times
An order arrives by email, gets typed into the job board, again into the invoice tool, and once more into the spreadsheet for reporting. Multiply by every order, every day, every employee. That's a salary spent on retyping.
Systems that refuse to talk
The booking tool doesn't know what the accounting software knows. The inventory count lives in nobody's system of record. Every gap between tools is bridged by a human, and humans have better things to do.
Answers that take a meeting to find
How many jobs closed last month? Which customers are overdue? If the answer means exporting three reports and an hour in a spreadsheet, decisions get made late, or on gut feel.
How we build it
Built with you, not just for you.
Workflows mapped, then automated
We sit with your team, map where data actually travels, and automate the hops. The boring steps disappear; the judgment calls stay human.
Systems finally connected
Modern tools, old databases, even that vendor portal with no export button. We build the bridges so every system hears about changes the moment they happen.
One dashboard, live numbers
Jobs, revenue, pipeline, stock, pulled live from the sources and on one screen. The Monday meeting starts with answers instead of exports.
Alerts before problems grow
Low stock, overdue invoices, a booking that never got confirmed. The system taps the right person on the shoulder while the fix is still small.
Watched and maintained
Automations are software, and software needs care. We monitor every workflow we build and fix hiccups before your team notices them.
Every automation is documented in plain English: what runs, when, and what it touches. Nothing becomes a black box, and everything stays yours: the accounts, the credentials, and the code.
Common questions
Asked by businesses like yours.
How do we know what's worth automating?
Follow the annoyance. Anything typed twice, checked daily, or copied between systems is a candidate. The free blueprint maps your workflows and ranks the automations by hours saved, so you start with the ones that pay for themselves fastest.
Our software is old and weird. Can you still connect it?
Usually, yes. Between official interfaces, exports, databases, and some creative engineering, most systems can be brought into the loop. The blueprint will tell you plainly which connections are easy, which are hard, and which aren't worth it.
What happens when an automation breaks?
It gets caught by monitoring, not by an angry customer. Every workflow we build reports its own health, and on a Care & Evolve plan we fix failures as they happen and adjust automations as your tools change.
Will this replace anyone's job?
In our experience it replaces the worst hour of everyone's job. The retyping goes away; the judgment, relationships, and actual work remain. Teams mostly ask why it didn't happen sooner.
